About Angel Fit

Angel Pilates is dedicated to working with all ages and abilities, we want to encourage people to discover their bodies true capabilities through movement and at the same promote health and wellbeing.

We are two instructors who work alongside each other to promote classes in the community offering Pilates , Dance and traditional personal training exercise. We both have a background in teaching in education settings and we love to work with people. We basically love to move and want to share that love with everyone! Keeping our bodies fit and healthy and moving is the aim of the game.

Our backgrounds in physical exercise are wide ranging from professional dance training in ballet, contemporary and jazz , running, equestrian and both enjoy hobbies on the water like supping and surfing. Pilates is our constant daily inspiration as it brings so much strength, balance and control to our lives allowing the mind to focus and the breath to flow.

We have a wide understanding of working with young and old from toddlers to 80's. Our experience extends to working with conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, alignment issues, neurological conditions like Parkinson’s , dementia, MS. We have hands on experience and wide knowledge of working with Children with additional needs and are able to adapt to suit their needs. We understand that all bodies are different their needs will vary. The approach to exercise must be adaptive, progressive and supportive.

We look forward to welcoming you to any of our classes and understand first steps into exercise can be the hardest.


Terms and Conditions

All mats need to be pre-booked in order for us to have the right number in classes and so we do not overfill the space. This is to ensure the enjoyability of all attending.This also allows the instructors a safe ratio to be able to work our clients in to the space and correct postures where needed.

Payment can be taken weekly at a price of £8 per class as a drop in. However this still needs to be pre-booked online and payment sent to the correct instructor.  Cash payments are accepted but please inform the class instructor prior to the class so ensure they have change.

Alternatively, you can purchase a block of 5 classes at £35. Classes then work out at £7 per class. If a block is purchased it is presumed that you will be attending that class weekly. If you know you are unable to attended or become ill, we will require at least 24 hours notice, so that we are able to advertise your mat. Sadly, we can not refund any unattended classes.

Angel pilates has a time table of classes running and if you have difficulty attending your regular class, it may be possible for you to attend another so please do get in touch with one of the instructors and we will endeavour to fit you in on another session that week so you don't miss out and can keep your pilates practice going.

Please note it is mandatory for all persons taking a class to complete our Pre-Exercise form prior to partaking in a class and inform us of any changes to your condition. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or incidents caused due to your failure to inform us of these changes.

If you are able to print and complete the from prior to the class that would be very helpful. Please find downloadable form below. If not, forms are available upon arrival to class, please ensure you arrive to the class allowing for enough time to complete the form before the class begins. Failure to complete the form before the class will unfortunately mean you will be unable to partake and the class will not be refunded.
